Sizes
All of our table plan designs are available in the following sizes:
• A1 – 594mm x 841mm
• A2 – 420mm x 594mm
• Our table plans can also be adapted to incorporate bespoke sizes
To help things run more smoothly during your wedding reception, we personally recommend the A1 size to ensure that all names are legible (think of the older generation attending your special day!)
Available Stock
All of our table plan designs are printed onto the following materials:
• 190gsm Card
• 3mm Foamex Board
We understand how stressful it is to address each minutiae involved in wedding preparation, so we recommend printing onto 3mm foamex board – a popular choice as it stands alone and doesn’t require a frame.
As a side note, most wedding venues provide an easel as a courtesy (but be sure to check with your wedding venue first!) simultaneously removing added stress and reducing overall cost.
For weddings abroad, 190gsm is an ideal option as the table plan is supplied in a tube – ideal for easy overseas transport!
Remember: All 190gms table plans require a frame and we recommend that a couple of days will be needed to flatten out the plan, if possible!
Table Plan Timing
To ensure a smooth process from initial design and final printout, please bear in mind the following (after all we want your wedding to perfect!):
• Place your order no later than one month prior to the wedding date upon receiving all RSVPs
• Ideally, we prefer to print around two weeks before the wedding to ensure that we can amend any last minute guest changes!
Weddings Abroad
We understand the added stress involved in organising an overseas wedding (flights and accommodation!) so please let us make this process easier by informing us of the travel and wedding dates, so that we can plan accordingly.
Additionally, we can take charge of any international deliveries, posting your table plan direct to your venue for an additional fee – an ideal solution for even the most forgetful bride and groom! – (highly recommended if you are travelling abroad but wish to opt for the 3mm foamex option).
To complement your table plans, we can also create matching day stationery comprising table numbers, welcome signs, menus and place cards to complete the package!
